Random shit: Torsoed Covers

Hmmm, looking at my Goodreads feed it would appear I only read books with buffed out male torsos on the cover. Trust me, that never sells me on a book-- mostly because I never pay attention to the covers. Purchasing everything on the Kindle spares my eyeballs from bleeding out from impossibly ripped obliques and GI Joe zones. I know people like to say that the audience for romance books-- whether we're talking stereotypical smarmy stuff or its steamier cousin, M/M-- is attracted to those types of covers. Those covers just crack me up, though. If you really want to attract my attention, write out something out in DOS.
